We understand you want your order as quickly as possible so we always do our best to ensure your order is dispatched within 24 hours of it being placed with the exception of weekends and bank holidays. During exceptionally busy periods (for example flash sales) it can take up to 48-72 hours for your order to be dispatched.
Delivery to Ireland and the UK: FREE for all orders above €25/£20!
All Orders over €25/£20 will be delivered free or charge via Standard Post in Ireland and Royal Mail first class in the UK. Please note with standard post in Ireland it will take on average 2 days from dispatch. However on occasion it takes longer and we can only provide estimates. Likewise with first class Royal Mail- one day is typical but it can take longer. If your order has not arrived with you within 5 working days from dispatch of your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Need your item really quickly? No problem: you can upgrade to Express Post (next day delivery) for an additional €5 in Ireland and €8 for the UK if you want your items as soon as possible! This is 1 day after dispatch for Ireland and 1-2 for the UK.
All orders over €90 will be automatically upgraded to Express Post Service for no extra charge! This service is trackable so we can ensure each item arrives safely with you and within one day after dispatch.
Delivery within ‘Rest of the World’.
The cost of delivery in the rest of the world is: €4 and approx $4 for standard post (not tracked). Please note we do not accept responsibility for orders after dispatch with standard international post.
You will have the option to upgrade to trackable registered post for €7/Approx $7 (varies with exchange rate). With this option you will receive tracking information and orders are fully insured should it not arrive with you safely and we will be in a position to replace your order.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We recycle a lot of our packaging, so you may find that your order arrives in a box form another brand or product.
We offer a free Ireland and UK shipping service. This applies to your initial order only. If you exchange an item, we will charge the cost of shipping the replacement item to you at cost.
Please note if your order is particularly heavy an additional shipping cost may apply. This is rare but if it is necessary we will contact you prior to dispatch.
Should you provide an incorrect or insufficient address when ordering we are not liable to provide a replacement package. We provide a return to address so providing the package arrives back we will re-send your order but we do not accept liability for the additional postage cost.
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with Rain + Conker and to love the items you receive! But we understand that sometimes your purchase may not be right for you and that you may wish to return it. Please contact us in writing at email@example.com for instructions on how goods can be returned to us.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of ordering (orders are generally received within 3-10 days depending on your location). All you need to do is let Us know within these 14 days in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org that you intend to return the goods supplied by Us, and to receive instructions on how to return the Goods. You must contact us prior to returning an item in order. We ask that Goods be returned complete, unused and in their original as new condition, with all accessories and instructions. We ask that the original packing be returned in its original condition. You shall bear the cost of returning the Goods. We advise you use a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the Goods until they are received by us. Once we receive the Goods back, we’ll reimburse you within 14 days less the cost of postage. Any Ireland or UK returns are liable for the post and packing costs and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount (this includes orders where free or subsidised postage applied). Note the cost of postage usually is greater than the postage amount charged to the customer and the customer is liable for the cost price of postage and packaging when returning an item.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged, it can of course be returned to us for a full refund or replacement. In respect of faulty or damaged goods, you must notify us in writing by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt to receive instructions on how to return faulty goods to us. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning.
